Where to buy Reunoa — the official store, and how to spot fakes
By Margaret Hale, Reunoa EditorialLast updated
The short answer
Reunoa Bruise Defense & Repair Serum is sold only through the official store at reunoa.com and its checkout pages on reunoa.com subdomains. Reunoa does not sell on Amazon, eBay, ubuy, desertcart, Mercari, Depop, Walmart or in drugstores. Look-alike sites such as try-reunoa.com are not affiliated with Reunoa.
Key takeaways
- The only official store is reunoa.com. Official checkout and account pages also live on reunoa.com subdomains, such as offer.reunoa.com and portal.reunoa.com.
- Reunoa does not sell on Amazon, eBay, ubuy, desertcart, Mercari, Depop or Walmart. Products there using our name are not from us.
- try-reunoa.com is a copycat site that is not affiliated with Reunoa.
- Our guarantee and customer support only cover orders placed with the official store.
- If you bought from another seller, contact that marketplace or your card provider — and email us so we can report the listing.
On this page
We are the team behind Reunoa, and this page exists for one reason: a growing number of people are buying "Reunoa" from sellers that have nothing to do with us. Some products use our name and copy our photos and wording. We can't vouch for what is inside them.
So here is the straight answer, from the company itself.
The only official places to buy Reunoa
| Official | Address | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| ✅ Store | reunoa.com | Our online store [1] |
| ✅ Checkout and offers | offer.reunoa.com, offer2.reunoa.com | Our own order pages, linked from reunoa.com and our ads |
| ✅ Account and subscriptions | portal.reunoa.com | Where you manage or cancel automatic refills |
| ✅ Information | learn.reunoa.com | This guide library |
Every official Reunoa web address ends in "reunoa.com". Not "reunoa-shop.com", not "try-reunoa.com", not "reunoa.store".
Where Reunoa is not sold
| Not official | What we have seen |
|---|---|
| ❌ Amazon | Several listings use the Reunoa name under other brand names, such as "Generic" or unrelated stores |
| ❌ eBay | Many listings, often far cheaper than our store, sometimes using our product photos |
| ❌ ubuy, desertcart | International marketplaces that mirror the Amazon listings |
| ❌ Mercari, Depop | Resale listings we cannot verify |
| ❌ try-reunoa.com | A look-alike site that copies our store; it is not affiliated with Reunoa |
| ❌ Drugstores, Walmart, TikTok Shop | We don't currently sell through retail stores or social shops |
If a seller claims to be an "authorized Reunoa retailer", please treat that with suspicion — we don't currently have authorized resellers.
Why it matters
- You can't be sure what's in the bottle. A cosmetic sold under someone else's name may contain different ingredients, lower amounts, or ingredients that irritate fragile skin. For people with thin, sensitive skin, that's not a small thing.
- Our guarantee won't apply. The money-back guarantee only covers orders from the official store. See our guarantee.
- We can't help with the order. We can't track, replace or refund an order we have no record of.
- Your card details. Copycat stores may also mishandle payment data.
How to spot a fake Reunoa shop or listing
- Check the web address. It must end in reunoa.com. Anything else isn't us.
- Look at the seller name. On marketplaces, the listed brand or store isn't "Reunoa" — or it's a store name you've never heard of.
- The price is far lower than reunoa.com. Very cheap "Reunoa" is a warning sign, not a bargain.
- The product name is slightly off — extra words like "cream", "Korvel serum" or other brand names mixed in.
- Shipping from a marketplace warehouse or with long, vague delivery times.
- No working contact. Our support address is support@reunoa.com and our phone number is +1 (614) 739-9574 [2].
Ordering safely from reunoa.com
- Go directly to reunoa.com by typing it into your browser, rather than clicking an unfamiliar link.
- At checkout, check whether the "automatic refills" option is selected, and choose what suits you. You can manage or cancel refills at portal.reunoa.com or by emailing support.
- Keep your order confirmation email. It's your proof of purchase for the guarantee.
For details on how refunds work, see the refund policy [3] and our guarantee page.
A note on what Reunoa is
Reunoa Bruise Defense & Repair Serum is a topical cosmetic for fragile, bruise-prone skin, not a medicine [4]. It works on the skin, not in your blood, and it doesn't replace any treatment your doctor has prescribed. See what's in it.
Frequently asked questions
Is Reunoa sold on Amazon?
No. Reunoa does not sell on Amazon. Listings there that use the Reunoa name are posted by other sellers and are not authorized by us. The only official store is reunoa.com.
Is try-reunoa.com the official Reunoa website?
No. try-reunoa.com is not affiliated with Reunoa. It copies our store's look and wording. The official website is reunoa.com, and all official order pages are on reunoa.com addresses.
Can I buy Reunoa in stores like CVS, Walgreens or Walmart?
Not at the moment. Reunoa is sold online only, through reunoa.com. Any in-store or retail-website product using the name is not from us.
Why is Reunoa so much cheaper on eBay?
Because it is very likely not genuine Reunoa, or it's old, resold or repackaged stock we can't verify. Official offers, including multi-bottle savings, are only available at reunoa.com.
What should I do if I bought a fake Reunoa?
Stop using it if it irritates your skin or looks unusual, ask the marketplace or your card provider for a refund, and send the seller details to support@reunoa.com so we can report the listing.
Does the Reunoa guarantee cover marketplace purchases?
No. The guarantee only covers orders placed directly with the official store at reunoa.com, because those are the only orders we can verify.
